I want to thank you in advance for your e-mail. Appointments shall be made well in advance to ensure the availability, accommodations are yours to choose and secure. Meetings on the outside of VA is okay, anything over a hour the client will have to pay for any additional expenses such as traveling, and lodging are to be covered by the client as well. (airfare cost isn't included in the rates)
